The definition of democratic engagement is adherence of democratic norms and values; having a set of empirically grounded attitudes and beliefs about the nature of the political and social world; holding stable, consistent, and informed opinions on major public issues of the day; and engaging in behaviors designed to influence, directly or indirectly, the quality of public life for oneself and others.
Ok so I am not goning to lie, I really don't understand this at all. I don't have much to say because I don't really get it, sorry :(.
